When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo URL. We use this information solely to create and maintain your Lease Minder account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google services beyond authentication.

Uploaded Documents

You may upload PDF lease and contract documents to the Service. These documents may contain party names, property addresses and descriptions, lease terms, dates, renewal provisions, rent amounts, escalation schedules, security deposits, square footage, pricing information, and other terms contained in your lease documents.

Extracted Data

We use automated text extraction and large language model (LLM) processing to extract structured information from your uploaded documents. This extracted data is stored in your account and is visible only to you.

Manual Corrections and Notes

When you edit extracted fields or add notes to a contract, we store those changes along with a correction history so you can review past edits.

Notification Preferences

If you configure email notifications, we store your reminder preferences, such as how many days before a lease expiration you want to be notified.

Usage Information

We may collect basic usage data such as page views, feature usage patterns, and error logs to maintain and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Data Storage and Security

• Uploaded PDF documents are stored in a private storage bucket. Each user's files are isolated by user ID.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Backend API endpoints require a valid authentication token. Every request is scoped to the authenticated user.
• Database access is protected by row-level security policies.
• Secret keys and credentials are stored only in server-side environments and are never exposed to the browser.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Your uploaded documents and extracted data are retained as long as your account is active.
• You may delete individual contracts at any time. Deleting a contract permanently removes the uploaded PDF, extracted data, notes, and correction history associated with that contract.
• To request deletion of your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
• We do not retain copies of deleted documents or data beyond what may exist temporarily in automated backups. Backup data is purged on a rolling basis.

Your Rights

• Access the lease data and documents stored in your account.
• Correct extracted data through the manual correction feature.
• Delete individual contracts or request full account deletion.
• Export your data by requesting a copy from us.
• Withdraw consent by discontinuing use of the Service and requesting account deletion.
